Meeting in the morning near the Tour route at an easily accessible car park around 30km from the finish of the day's stage. Enjoy a breakfast of pastries and coffee and your guide. After adjusting your bike to your body shape, you'll set off for the last 30 to 40 kilometres to the finish line of your chosen stage. A guide will cycle by your side throughout the day, while you'll also have van support so that you can move at their own pace. Like the TDF peloton, the roads will be closed for the occasion and an official car will escort you across the finish line to the cheers of the crowds already lining the roads. Afterwards, you'll have the privilege of standing on the official podium of the Tour de France – an unforgettable memory. A gourmet picnic will be provided as close as possible to the finish and you'll be able to enjoy it as the pro riders whizz by. The price of this tour does not include bike hire, although lots of options are available if you can't bring your own bike. The north of France offers varied and interesting cycling, and the area around Abbeville and the resort town of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage on La Vélomaritime, the French section of the EuroVelo 4, is particularly undiscovered. This tour, which can be offered self-guided or guided, provides the perfect chance to explore the Bay of Somme (one of the most beautiful bays in the world) and a stunning section of the Opal Coast over 5 days from Abbeville. The itinerary is particularly rich and varied, and follows towpaths and other dedicated cycling trails, the banks of the bay and country roads. Cycle along the seaside, through picturesque towns and villages, and into the Crécy forest. Then it's on to the Pas de Calais and the resort towns of the Opal Coast. If you're lucky, you might even spot seals basking in the sun! Overall this is a flat, easy route that's suitable for all cyclists (it avoids busy roads and is especially suited to first-time tourers). The price includes a detailed roadbook, accommodation and the return train from Abbeville. Regular and electric bikes are available for hire if you are not bringing your own. The "Grande Boucle Flamande" (or "Great Flemish Route") is a circular 7-day cycling tour from Lille to Dunkirk and back again. Designed by the team at Ch’tis Voyages, a local French company, the circuit is intended to introduce cyclists to this beautiful region of northern France. It can be offered guided or self-guided. The route is often very flat, easy and accessible with only a few small sections on farm tracks. The last 2 days are a little more challenging as they take in two of the Monts des Flandres: the Mont des Cats and Mont Cassel. Through fields and along towpaths, country roads and forest tracks, there's plenty of variety in the scenery. The price includes a detailed road book, accommodation and an evening meal on the second night. Regular and electric bikes are available to hire if you are not bringing your own wheels. The Opal Coast’s sandy beaches are yours to discover on this 8-day self-guided trip cycling on the Vélomaritime route, part of the Euro Velo 4 trail. Take part in the Paris-Roubaix Challenge this year – the cyclosportive that runs in conjunction with the classic pro event. Rêve de Vélo will provide you with a race number and organise a night's accommodation, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience of riding the legendary Paris-Roubaix on the same roads – and cobbles – and under the same conditions as the professionals.
