Search for tours:2025 Tour de France – A guided ride along a Tour de France stage
Cycle the final 30 or 40km of the stage of your choice
Meeting in the morning near the Tour route at an easily accessible car park around 30km from the finish of the day's stage. Enjoy a breakfast of pastries and coffee and your guide. After adjusting your bike to your body shape, you'll set off for the last 30 to 40 kilometres to the finish line of your chosen stage. A guide will cycle by your side throughout the day, while you'll also have van support so that you can move at their own pace. Like the TDF peloton, the roads will be closed for the occasion and an official car will escort you across the finish line to the cheers of the crowds already lining the roads. Afterwards, you'll have the privilege of standing on the official podium of the Tour de France – an unforgettable memory. A gourmet picnic will be provided as close as possible to the finish and you'll be able to enjoy it as the pro riders whizz by. The price of this tour does not include bike hire, although lots of options are available if you can't bring your own bike. Included in the price of each ticket is access to the Espace Izoard, refreshments and petits fours as well as coverage of the stage on a big screen and a glass of Champagne as the riders fly by. The Opal Coast’s sandy beaches are yours to discover on this 8-day self-guided trip cycling on the Vélomaritime route, part of the Euro Velo 4 trail. Nature lovers will be spoilt all along the route, starting from Somme Bay and ending on Dunkirk’s famous beaches. Cycling mostly on a very well-maintained bike path. Stop to stroll along Bercq-sur-Mer’s dunes before reaching Le Touquet’s pine forests. Small country roads will slowly lead you up grassy plains and sloping hinterlands overlooking the Opal Coast. Enjoy the amazing lookouts from Capes Gris-Nez and Blanc-Nez, offering stunning views over the English cliffs. Then drop off your bike in Dunkirk and take the time to learn more about the city’s incredible History, including the famous evacuation of British troops during World War II. Most importantly, don’t forget to taste each day’s speciality: gâteau battu picard (Picardy’s "beaten" cake), carbonade flamande (Flemish stew), galette Dunkerquoise (Dunkirk biscuit), and obviously local craft beers. Take part in the Paris-Roubaix Challenge this year – the cyclosportive that runs in conjunction with the classic pro event. Rêve de Vélo will provide you with a race number and organise a night's accommodation, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience of riding the legendary Paris-Roubaix on the same roads – and cobbles – and under the same conditions as the professionals. You'll arrive on April 11 and stay in Roubaix before taking part in the event itself on April 12. Bike hire not included, but can be arranged.
