Logis Hotel Lafayette a warm and welcoming bike-friendly hotel in the Rochefort town centre, just a short walk from the maritime museum and the famed Hermione frigate. The hotel is owned by cyclists (we parked our bikes in the garage with their bikes), and has accueil velo accreditation through the tourist board. As with most French hotels that aren't B&Bs, breaksfast costs extra (it's big enough to power a day on the bike). Wifi is fast and free (I'm writing this from the hotel), and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great mid-range option for anyone cycling through Rochefort.
