Narbonne - Hotel la Residence
Look no further for a hotel in Narbonne - we've tested this one for you
This is a super, super place to stay. Hilde and Heather stayed here when they rode the Canal du Midi. This hotel is in the heart of Narbonne, which is on the Canal de la Robine, an offshoot of the Midi. And the girls could not rave more about it. The staff were lovely, there was a great cyclists' breakfast, and the hotel itself is well-located and within walking distance of Narbonne's key attractions. The hotel has retained the charm of a grand family home, and despite its modern touches, its pictures, lamps, and furniture are all in keeping with the original 19th century character of the building. Luggage store. Free wifi. French, English and Spanish spoken.
