Hôtel la Forestière is used by small cycle tour companies on La Vélodyssée Atlantic Coast cycle route and was recommended to us by cyclists who stayed here. We are told the staff are used to welcoming riders. 800m from the beach. There is a heated swimming pool and free wifi. French and English spoken. Onsite restaurant. It's part of the Logis network of independent hotels. There are also a couple of golf courses nearby if you fancy a break from the sand. It's a hard life!
