Here's some basic info on road closures along the 177km stage 14 on July 19 from Grenoble to Risoul. It goes via Bourg d'Oisans and through Briançon – this will be a popular stage to watch, so arrive early to secure a good spot.

Full road closure information is available here (in French) – it also has suggested alternative routes for people wanting to get around the road blocks.

In summary:
* RD1091 (to Col du Lautaret) will be closed from 10am until 4pm between the Chambon dam and le Casset; closed 11am to 4.30pm from le Casset to the roundabout at St-Chaffrey; and closed noon to 4.30pm between the roundabout St-Chaffrey and Briançon CCial Grand'Boucle.
*  At Briançon, the RN94 will be closed 12.30pm to 4.30pm from Briançon CCial Grand'Boucle to the roundabout at Chamandrin. The RD36B will be closed 12.30pm to 4.3-pm from the roundabout at Chamandrin to the roundabout at Schappe. The RD902 will be closed 1pm to 5pm from Schappe to Laus.
* The RD902 will be closed from Friday, July 18 at 8pm util Saturday at 5.30pm between the Laus and Brunissard.
* The RD902A and RD86 will be closed on Saturday from 2pm to 6.30pm between the roundabout and the bus station at Risoul.

The full time schedule is here with caravan departure times etc. The caravan leaves Grenoble at 9.55am; the stage itself starts at 11.55am.

The route itself can close to cars anything up to 2 hours before the caravan, though it is usually possible to walk/cycle the route later.
