Susie left a note on the website to ask about dayrides around Capestang in the Hérault department of Languedoc-Roussillon. Here's what I suggested.
We are a group of several families with kids who will be staying in Capestang for a week in late July. Could you arrange a 1-day guided bike tour of the region, including bike rentals?

Thanks for using my site.
I don't actually arrange tours myself – freewheelingfrance is an info site to help people plan. I can, however, recommend a few excellent companies based in the Languedoc that will be able to help you. You may wish to contact each of them to compare prices and dates.
* John and Gerry at 44-5 Cycling Tours (photo at the top of the blog) – they know the Languedoc like the backs of their hands.
* Steve and Julia at VéloRoo (photo above) run one-day tours for road cyclists, which may suit some of your more experienced riders.
* Darren at Velorious (middle photo) may also be able to tailor something for you. He also offers accommodation for cyclists.
If you get stuck or need more info, drop me a line back.
Send your reader Q&As to me at [email protected] and I'll try and help if I can. I post Q&As on the blog so they can help other people too, though all contact info, full names etc are kept confidential. You can also post questions on our Facebook page to benefit from the collective wisdom of the Freewheeling France community.
