We are a group of several families with kids who will be staying in Capestang for a week in late July. Could you arrange a 1-day guided bike tour of the region, including bike rentals?

I don't actually arrange tours myself – freewheelingfrance is an info site to help people plan. I can, however, recommend a few excellent companies based in the Languedoc that will be able to help you.
You should see this page for my bespoke service and send me your dates, preferred distances, types of bikes (are you all hybrid/leisure riders or are their road riders among you? etc).
