This tour is offered by a family of cyclists for riders wanting to get away from it all to explore quieter corners of France. Based outside the historic town of Saint Antonin-Noble-Val in the Aveyron Gorge, this fixed base trip has an emphasis on easy to moderate cycling but can be adapted to suit your needs. Take in sun-drenched fields of corn, the jaw-dropping medieval village of Najac and the golden vineyards of Gaillac (including stops to try the local wines). All the routes are on quiet roads and combine postcard views and places of interest en route, with alfresco lunch stops. Bring your own bike, or use one of the hybrid tourers or e-bikes included in the price. Road bike hire is also available locally. Relax at the end of the each day in a newly renovated gite or cabin with delicious food and wine – all supplied in abundance using local seasonal produce and included in the price. Share stories from your day on the road with other cyclists and hatch plans for the next day's riding. Cycle on the quiet roads of the Lévezou plateau south of Rodez through rolling countryside, past lakes and into the Tarn valley. Discover unspoilt countryside and Medieval towns as you journey to UNESCO-listed Albi.
