In the other direction, you'll find the sweet white wines of Monbazillac (35km) and the underrated red wine of the Bergerac vineyards. Just off cycle route 26 – a 70km loop to Monpazier, Cadouin and back – the property caters for groups both large and small. There are many other cycle routes nearby bringing you to the hidden gems of the Dordogne, away from the tourists. Le Mas is a characterful farmhouse with 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 people. It has its own heated saltwater pool with views of the stunning Dordogne countryside. Le Mazet is a charming detached cottage with 1 bedroom sleeping 2 people. They can be rented individually or together. Both come fully equipped with modcons plus BBQs for outdoor dining. After a day on the bike, relax among the jasmine, roses, wisteria, lavender and mature trees. Prepare your own meals or make use of a traiteur service that can deliver meals to your door. For a slightly more extravagant stay, a private chef can cook for your group.
