Get to know the wonderful Normandy region in northern France on this four-day ride. Cycle across the peninsula taking in sights such as the D-day beaches, medieval Bayeux and the Mont Saint-Michel, with lots of time en route to enjoy local food and wine. This is a fully inclusive package, with ferry travel from the UK and accommodation included. Leave Portsmouth on a Thursday night to arrive in at Ouistreham at 6am the following morning. Start your ride from Pegasus Bridge, a famous WW2 site for the British Airborne division. The next few days will you see cover 60-65 miles a day, with stops for meals and a mix of local accommodation. You’ll say goodbye to your peloton and Normandy over a last 'moules frites' en route to the ferry home. Available guided or self-guided – either way, there will be a support vehicle on and each day for baggage transfers and mechanical support. This tour works best as a group tour, but numbers can be flexible and the trip tailored for you.
